CBD Inhaler 5/5 (1)

CBD is one of those phenomena that is just getting started.  And, it’s no surprise that there is now everything from CBD gummies to CBD dog treats out there.  (Yeah, we’ve got articles on both of those.)  But, choosing the right product for you can be super tricky, and knowing enough about your choice can be even harder.  That’s why it’s always a good idea to start with some basic information and work from there.  Today, we’re going to be bringing up the idea of using a CBD Inhaler.

Update 2019: When this article was published, we honestly weren’t sure what to think about CBD Inhalers. We hadn’t seen many reviews for them, and, honestly, they seemed like they would take awhile to gain mainstream acceptance. Boy were we wrong. Just a quick look around online shows that big names in the CBD and hemp oil industry are jumping in with their own version of CBD Inhalers. While many companies are focusing on the inhalable cbd oil known as cbd vape oil, there is a big push for people who don’t want the smoking stigma attached to their CBD enjoyment. If you haven’t read this review, be sure to check it out. It’s a great place to start if you’re thinking about trying your first CBD Inhaler.

Inhalers have been around for a lot longer than you may think – since around 1778.  However, the kind of inhaler you probably think of when you imagine one wasn’t really a thing until 1955.  That’s when American doctor George Maison developed the MDI, or pressurized Meter Dose Inhaler.  And, while Maison’s daughter had asthma (one of the main reasons for inhaler use today), older inhalers were used for breathing in plant vapors and liquified medications.  So, using a CBD Inhaler isn’t a far stretch.  Before we talk about specific CBD Inhaler products out there, though, we want to run over some basic CBD information.  If you’re already super familiar with CBD, you can skip the next couple paragraphs.

CBD Inhalers: CBD Versus THC

Cannabis is one of those plants that has had a bad reputation for far too long.  But, CBD is not really the reason for the wariness surrounding this plant.  In fact, CBD is just one of many cannabinoid compounds in cannabis.  And, in recent years, a lot of money has gone into researching potential medical benefits of CBD.  However, CBD and THC are not the same.  THC stands for Tetrahydrocannabinol, and this is the psychoactive compound in cannabis.  Recreational marijuana uses seek out plants with high concentrations of THC.  But, some plants are bred to have less THC, and more CBD (Cannabidiol).  It’s usually from these plants that people hope to extract CBD for things like CBD Inhalers.

Like we said above, there are many different kinds of CBD products these days.  But, using a CBD inhaler may be one of the more intriguing ways to benefit from the substance.  Because, a CBD inhaler still allows someone to use liquified CBD as an inhalant, but it’s quite discreet.  All the same, you should make sure you ask your doctor before using any kind of inhaler or inhalant.  Inhalants may have many benefits, but they are also among some of the most dangerous substances if misused.  So, always exercise extreme caution and do your research before using a CBD inhaler or any other kind of inhaler.  Check out specific CBD inhaler reviews, too.

CBD Inhaler Products

To be honest, CBD Inhalers may be some of those products that might still be a little bit scarce.  But, we did go out into the depths of the Internet to see what we could pull up.  And, actually, there were a couple products that did stand out.  The great thing about these products is that there’s a little variety.  That might make it more interesting and helpful to find something that works for you.  Because, you can try to tailor the product to the experience you want.  You’ll see what we mean when we dig into these CBD Inhaler product reviews below.

New CBD Inhaler: CBD Luxe Inhalers

So, the first thing that we notice about this interesting product line is the variety.  CBD Luxe has three inhalers that supposedly have three different purposes.  They’re all in different colors, too, which is eye-catching and interesting to the consumer.  So, we have “Be Calm,” “Be Alert,” and “Be Clear,” which are designated in blue, orange, and green packaging, respectively.  That means you could pick the best CBD inhaler for you.  However, before we really dive into this product line, we want to say that these do not appear to be strict CBD Inhalers.  What we mean is that each product is not only a CBD Inhaler, but a THC Inhaler as well.  They apparently contain full spectrum CBD oil and THC.  So, if you read our section on CBD and THC above, you’ll understand why some people may not want that.

However, if you don’t mind getting a CBD Inhaler plus THC, then you can look into CBD Luxe a little bit more.  The website claims that using the inhaler gives you a precise dose of 8.0 mg of active cannabinoid in each spray of the product.  And, they say that you’ll also be getting 2.0 mg of HFA 134 A pharma grade air propellant.  If you’re an inhaler connoisseur, that might mean a little bit more to you.  We’ll just finish off talking about this product by saying that the reviews they feature are positive, but they also only feature three reviews.  So, we’re not sure if they’ve gotten any criticism or not over the CBD Inhaler product line.  Now, what about where to buy CBD Luxe CBD Inhalers?  It appears that at the moment, these products are available out of Colorado dispensaries.  Although, you can inquire at their email address or their phone number, both of which are available at the bottom of the site.

New CBD Inhaler: Vapen CBD 1000 Mg

The next specific CBD Inhaler product that we want to talk about comes from Vapen.  According to a couple different CBD inhaler review sites, we see that this CBD inhaler contains 1000 mg of pressurized product per cannister.  That apparently amounts to 100 puffs at 10 mg per puff.  Now, this product doesn’t have quite the variety that we saw from CBD Luxe.  However, we don’t see any indication that the Vapen CBD Inhaler also includes THC.  So, if you’re looking for a purely CBD product, this is more likely to be fitting for you.

We will say that the CBD Inhaler from Vapen CBD is not without any variety, however.  For example, we found an unflavored variety of this product on one retail website.  And, on another, there was a bubblegum-flavored version.  The jury’s still out on how exactly bubblegum-flavored CBD would be, but since vape pens are really popular and those come in every flavor, we suppose it would work for some people.  However, if you have an aversion to bubblegum flavoring, make sure you pay attention to the type that you’re getting.  As for where to purchase the Vapen CBD Inhaler, you might have a slightly hard time.  We did find a site that offered for you to add the product to your online cart, but the other website attempted to find brick-and-mortar retailers nearby with this product and was unsuccessful.  On further research, we saw that this product may only be available in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.

CBD Inhaler Overview

If you’re looking for a discreet way to use CBD, then you might decide that a CBD Inhaler is your best bet.  But, just make sure you do some research first.  And, if you decide against using a CBD Inhaler at all, then check out some of the related products that you see at the top and bottom of this page.  Thanks for reading CBD Cop!
