Nutiva Hemp Oil And CBD Oil
We know you came for the Nutiva Hemp Oil review, but if you’re new to CBD Cop, you might not know much about CBD. Basically, CBD is short for Cannabidiol, which is a cannabinoid in cannabis. Cannabis is, of course, the plant that has been at the center of a lot of controversy in the last century. Although the cannabis plant, also known as hemp, has a lot of uses, it has traditionally faced a lot of discrimination. And, that’s likely because of THC, which is a psychoactive cannabinoid in cannabis. If you remember your anti-drug classes in elementary school, you might actually remember the full name: Tetrahydrocannabinol. Now that we’ve got the basics out of the way, we can actually talk a little more in-depth about Nutiva Hemp Oil. Like we said, this product is available online at Amazon.com at the time of writing. We’re going to spend the most time talking about Nutiva Hemp Oil, since that’s the main thing we’re writing about today. But, there are actually quite a few different Nutiva products out there. And, while they don’t all have something to do with hemp, there seem to be at least three hemp-based products by Nutiva on Amazon.com alone. So, you could certainly give a few different products a try. We’ll touch a little more below on what other variety of products there are. For now, let’s get into Nutiva Hemp Oil.
Nutiva Hemp Oil Product
The first thing that we notice about Nutiva Hemp Oil on Amazon is that it seems to have quite a following. For example, this product has over 3,000 customer reviews as we’re writing this. And, despite the copious reviews, the product has an average rating of four stars, which is pretty good in our opinion. The company also seems pretty responsive to questions on the Nutiva Hemp Oil page, since there are 484 answered questions. If you feel like combing through all of them, be our guest!
Of course, you’re probably somewhat more interested in the specifics of Nutiva Hemp Oil. First of all, this oil is advertised as “cold pressed,” which means that the company used a hydraulic press to extract juice from the hemp, instead of another method. People who are on a raw food diet may prefer cold-pressed products. Additionally, the Nutiva Hemp Oil label says that it’s certified USDA Organic and Non-GMO Certified. One bottle is 24 fluid ounces, or 710 mL, and contains 2.5 grams of Omega-3’s. Of course, this is all information you can find by looking up the product online. If you decide to order Nutiva Hemp Oil, it’ll set you back only a little over $11 right now. That may seem steep for cooking oil, but not necessarily for hemp oil.
Other Nutiva Products
We said that we’d touch on other hemp products by Nutiva, so we’re going to do that briefly here. For example, if you’re not into Nutiva Hemp Oil or CBD oils in general, you can always try the Nutiva Hemp Protein, which comes in vanilla, chocolate, or super berry flavor. They advertise it as a shake mix, which includes 5 grams of fiber and 10 grams of protein per serving. This product also claims to be USDA Organic and Non-GMO Verified. The container is about 16 ounces for a little over $12 and has a 4-star rating with over 300 reviews.
There is also the Nutiva Hempseed, which is “raw shelled” according to the label. And, it’s apparently good for use in recipes. We’ve never eaten raw, shelled hempseed, so we can’t attest to how it tastes. But, the product is around $12 right now, has over 1,500 reviews, and a 4.5-star rating on Amazon.com. That’s actually a better rating than the Nutiva Hemp Oil had, although Nutiva Hemp Oil had more reviews.
